Granite

The granite unloading system of N.M. Heilig B.V. stores granite. The system consists of a bunker, an elevating conveyor, a sampling device, a turning belt and a sampling discharge conveyor.

The turning belt dumps the material in a radius, and because of this a high capacity can be achieved. With help of the built-in sampling device, a sample can automatically be taken out of the materialflow. This device is placed under the head of the elevating conveyor. The samples are then emptied in a container.
