Shiploader

The shiploader is used for a.o. loading barges, pushed lighter and barges. The pictures below show a shiploader with a weight of 140.000 kg.

The shiploader can leap 23 meters out above the water. The installation is placed on a rail to guarantee efficient loading. The capacity of the installation is 3000t/h. 12 kilometre welding is found the boom, on which a 100% welding inspection is executed. The boom is accompanied by 16 wheels, when driving in or riding out. At full loading the front wheels have to process 216.000 kg in the utmost position.
