Drum screen

The drum screen is used for the sorting of different kind of waste. The drum screen can classify the material in one or more fractions.

The main advantage of this screen is the rotational drum, because of that the product is led through the screen without mecanical load. The material is therefore not dumped on one pile, so congestion is prevented. Because of the slope and rotation of the screen the material is led to the exit, where it is further processed.

Besides the rotational drum, the screen also has a drum body and is covered to reduce sound and dust inconvenience. The cover has inspection doors.
