At NM Heilig, we offer a range of metalworking solutions. Among them are laser cutting service and metal bending service (CNC bending) for the production of complete workpieces (up to 40 tons in weight) or small and medium-sized welded assemblies. Our machinery includes a number of CNC machines as well as other modern high-tech machines for sheet metal work, steel bending, welding, and accurate laser cutting.
LASER CUTTING SERVICE
For all your laser cutter projects, NM Heilig offers their expertise and laser cutting equipment Trumpf 5060 for high-quality, cost-effective metalworking. The advantages of using our services comprise:
- high-quality intersecting planes
- applicable to many metals (aluminium, stainless steel, etc.)
- tolerance level is 0.1 mm
- chamfers up to 45 degrees
- sheet dimensions up to 6000 x 2000 mm
- maximum sheet thickness up to 25 mm but this varies per alloy
- optional engraving
PLASMA CUTTING SERVICE
For all your plasma cutting projects, NM Heilig offers their expertise and plasma cutting equipment ESAB Eagle 3500 for cost-effective heavy metalworking. The advantages of using our services comprise:
- cost-effective for intersecting planes
- sheet dimensions up to 12.000 x 3.000 mm
- maximum sheet thickness 6 up to 40 mm, but this varies per alloy
CNC BENDING SERVICE
For all your metal forming projects, whether you have small series or large heavy sheet metal, NM Heilig offers their expertise and CNC sheet bending machine (also known as press brake or hydraulic press brake) BAYKAL APHS NEO 31200 and BAYKAL APHS 6100 x 600. With a capacity up to 6 meters in our facility in Heerhugowaard, we take care of your c-profiles, u-profiles, sheet piles, or silos. Bending is one of the most important processes and can also be called edging, folding, braking, flanging or die bending. The advantages of using our metal forming services comprise:
- professional press brake with strict tolerances for every product in a series
- computerized numerical control (CNC)
- both angles and radii can be bent
- pressing force up to 600 tons
- sheet dimensions up to 6 meters
- maximum sheet thickness up to 15 mm along 6 meters length
WELDING SERVICE
For all your welding projects, NM Heilig offers their expertise and machines for welding, according to the EN1090 and ISO3834-2 standards. Our services comprise MIG/MAG and TIG welding, certified welding supervision (IWT/IWE), and non-destructive testing (NDT).
